Yes agree - though I personally don't think every new product release rises to the level of ASX/NZX worthy announcements, one solution every holder seems to agree on would be quarterly reporting. Which can include these sort of news.
But if they adamantly do not want to do quarterly reporting (part of the problem is that it is not an NZX requirement) then at least do a brief quarterly investor presentation containing this sort of stuff.
