Is it such a gamble?
I’m Doubling Down on Lucky 7’s.
(Tongue in cheek, of course—tear me apart, skeptics and downrampers. It’s what you do best, after all and I don’t mind it if it’s based on substance)
•China Recovery – The IMF market should stabilize post-Year of the Dragon, setting up a stronger demand cycle.
•Market Share Gains – A2’s premium positioning and aggressive marketing are driving share growth.
•Strategic Investments – Supply chain transformation and new product innovation (e.g., post-infant, aging consumer) add long-term upside. Underline new product innovation.
•Valuation Re-Rating – Sustained double-digit revenue growth, margin expansion, and strong execution in China could drive a multiple expansion closer to historical highs.
USA & Australia? Sure, they contribute—but China is the real game. That’s why I never wanted a dividend. Double down on China.
It’s a long road back up, but a2m has been there before. With the right execution—China recovery, margin expansion, and market leadership—it could reach previous heights.
