Divi is less than 1% based on today's SP. Not attractive for a lot of divi investors. I think it's more the forward looking statements and upside potential of the company enticing investors/institutions. Divi, at best would be a deal sweetener. The key question is what the real upside is based on latest report. Also what is the risk based on all trade tensions and tariff wars between US and the rest of the world.
