If you're selling a product that is directed primarily at women and mothers, it's going to be beneficial for this to be reflected in the composition of personnel at different levels of the company including on the board. Just as it makes sense to include people with experience of the Chinese IF industry etc. But if you want to attract them managements need to do the kinds of things dot pointed in the announcement.
