Disappointing is just half of it. I am hoping that we do not have radio silence from the management team, and the reason for this is full investigated, and remediation of the issues undertaken.
At least two of the articles mash A2 with other providers who have had issues. This is not an area we should be in ever.
So frustrated. I even had my ex wife contact me this evening to tell me about this, she doesn't watch the news, and has no interest in current affairs.
