Unfortunately the fact that it is only WA gets buried in the article as the media prefers to run with the more sensational "Popular milk recalled over health risk".
It's better than the listeria situation Synlait found itself in, where there were actual cases in the community (although it was never found to be linked to the listeria detected in its Talbot cheese facility, it was always suspected). At least here it was detected (presumably by the manufacturer) and self reported before any actual cases - and lets hope there are none.
