I’m caught between frustration and patience with A2M’s silence. They’ve chosen to let results speak, and I support that, but the share price doesn’t reflect the strong outlook we’re seeing, backed up by our amateur research. SP is stuck on past mistakes and lingering caution, because who else is paying attention?

I don't want to prop up SP with fluff. Institutions remain focused on China’s declining birthrate, ignoring A2’s steady share gains, the resilience of China’s middle class, and the strength of the business. I think they are wrong, but their view won’t change. I doubt myself daily. We were once a favourite; now they’ve moved on.

Execution in China is exciting. The brand is growing, and local teams are delivering. The problem is visibility. Important updates—like recent paediatric research—are quietly released and miss wider market notice. They may not require ASX announcements, but they matter for brand credibility and sales and SP. Expect these to be promoted more aggressively in China.

I’m against hype. I want consistent, clear communication that respects disclosure rules. Long held the belief that the silence likely comes from legal fallout after optimistic guidance was followed by downgrades. But silence erodes trust.

(Where are they with the lawsuits, anyway?)

A2M trades at about 30× forward earnings, pricing in caution, not weak fundamentals.

$1.05 of every $8.23 in the share price is cash, roughly 13% of the market cap. Wait till they start spending. If they get it right, $8 looks undervalued. I wish A2M would back that up with occasional, targeted updates. Even early sales data from the 618 event would help build momentum ahead of the AGM. There is a lot to talk about if they want to.

Until A2M improves communication or delivers results that force attention, the market will remain cautious. That’s a missed opportunity.
