I don't think there would be any value in participating in a NAD investigation as they have no authority. It's an industry run, self regulating group and guess who pays more fees to NAD than A2M? No win situation and Dairy Council wouldn't accept the NAD decision if it went against them, so they would go to FTC anyway or other legal channels. Would be a complete waste of time working with NAD and Dairy Corporation.
The case has only been 'referred' to FTC, does not mean they will do a full investigation which requires significant precious resources. Could take many years if they choose to do full investigation by which time more and more clinical data will be available, especially US population clinical data.
