Eh???? It controls the sellers online like Tmall, JD, etc etc. As A2 are selling via these channels and can prove providence, as they already have CFDA certification (which certifies the supply chain from paddock to purchase), A2 will easily be able to prove to all sites that they are selling genuine product.
It doesn't affect Daigou transporting across borders via courier/post as they are not EComm sites.
It doesn't stop physical store sales as they are not EComm sites
So exactly where will the A2 sales stop????
On the other hand if you haven't got CFDA certification......well that could be another story
