Guys
Trump needs the treaty with China more than China needs it. He is desperate to go to 2020 with a booming economy. He knows that despite what he says a tariff war seriously increases the chances of a significant economic downturn in the U.S. Although the man is dumb as rocks he isn't that dumb. A deal will be done, and the US will back off demands for China to stop supporting SOE's. Probability 85% to 95%.
