This is not a negative and misleading opinion.
Lion successfully opposed a2m's bid to trade mark the phrase a2 milk. The a2 Milk Company has launched its second challenge.
Pretty straight forward.
Jonathan, if you don't like or agree with someone's post, they are not necessarily a downramper.
This is a case that directly affects how The a2 Milk Company and their competitors will promote a2 products in the future.
Aren't you a lawyer? I would have thought you would have something a little more substantial to ad on legal issues.
a2m are challenging for the second time. They obviously think it is worth the time and the expense to fight.
I have held for 5 years and I intend to hold for another 10 if things stay on track, but in the meantime I think it is wise to identify potential threats and monitor any challenges a2m are facing.
