Its no coincidence that every time Jayne opens her mouth the share price goes down. She is so busy defending her woeful communication that she makes a hash of it again. What she said yesterday IS NOT the way to talk to professional investors. The glib throw away lines, the scolding tone, the statement that implies look we don't care what you think and expenses will be higher, without detail without more explanation is frankly a recipe for investor relations disaster. Some of the large shareholders are of the same view, so pontificate how you like but the big end of town are not impressed with her behaviour and that bodes ill for the share price. Instead of being defensive she needs to change her delivery otherwise it will keep happening.
