The think to remember with the valuation given under the quantitive valuation is that it is not calculated by an analyst but a computer generated model, it is similar to charts that are based on computer modelling as H00ts says not worth looking at.
So it will differ more than likely from morningstar anaylst recommendations.
From page 2 of the recommendation:
The Quantitative Ratings are calculated daily and derived from the analyst driven ratings of a company’s peers as determined by statistical algorithms.Morningstar, Inc. (“Morningstar”, “we”, “our”) calculates Quantitative Ratingsfor companies whether or not it already provides analyst ratings and qualitativecoverage. In some cases, the Quantitative Ratings may differ from the analystratings because a company’s analyst-driven ratings can significantly differ fromother companies in its peer group.
