I think this article proves how powerful the allure must have been for Jayne Hrdlicka to move across and become the CEO of A2M from being the CEO of Jetstar.
This where her career In Jetstar/Qantas would have led her and would have benefited from this mammoth salary that she would have inherited when CEO Alan Joyce from Qantas decided to move on.
Again, I am not trying to justify this huge salary that Qantas is paying their CEO but just showing how much Jayne was willing to give up and sacrifice to leave her future career with Jetstar/Qantas and come across to A2m as she obviously believes it will be a bigger company than it is today and the rewards for her career even bigger!
