Supply would be constrained for sure. I agree that would quickly become an obstacle if there was demand for China-sourced A2 milk products and IF.
However, I'm a little skeptical also of the rigor with which purity of A2 would be maintained. This would be an issue for any company dealing in both A1/A2 and A2 only products, but even more so for a Chinese company with historical associations to the melamine contamination scandal.
