Understand the Chinese Dairy Industry.....!
It´s really annoying for people in the dairy sector bullsh***ed by so called stock specialists who dump a stock like a2m even they have no clue, no clue at all!
China is still a third world country regarding milk consumption! The local dairy farms are highly dependent on cattle feed from abroad. Chinese dairy farmers will not be competitive at all to countries like NZ and they will never have the "green" milk production. Their farms are non-grazing systems (100 % TMR = Total Mixed Rations) with feeding costs as high as the NZ farmgate milk price.
We know since a couple of years that milk processors in China have nucleus herds for A2-Milk production - but this is not a problem at all. More milk from A2-cows will support our a2m, without any doubt. And when Nestlé, Danone or other A2-Milk suppliers start cannibalize the product, there is only 1 survivor - the a2m!!!
