In my Opinion;
The only reason that Nestle is selling into NZ and AU is that very soon they will not be able to sell directly in China so are aiming to atract teh Daigoiu in AU and NZ to buy here and ship into China.
Why won't they be able to sell?? Because this particular Brand and source PROBABLY does not yet have CFDA registration and the way it is currently sourced via the Nestle supply chain, possibly never will. Also each company could only register a certain number of brands/products and Nestle already have quite a few.
Just my Opinion.
