Hmmm, a large price rise would make the IF close to $40 or thereabouts. In Oz Kari A2 is around $32 and might look more attractive for a while.
The strategy therefore is to build rock solid brand loyalty. Ppl spend $10 or more on OMO or Cold Power, and I spend $1.70 on washing powder from Aldi. Same job done, but those consumers believe only the best for them etc etc mkting bs over decades has built a cash cow...(an A2 cow I trust)
It's all about perceptions, and a strong brand has no rivals in the mind of the consumer.
