No not really blaming them because they were men, just saying I don’t think she would ever have fitted in really, mainly because she was considered an outsider and got off to a very bad start and didn’t really recover, just had the wrong style of leadership for that company - I also think at times she was given a hard time by various shareholders and hope she finds her niche as she is a very clever lady
