A2 in my view has to do 2 things as it relates to Nestle
1- keep doing what their doing and continue to do it better each day. Don't worry about competition, worry about consumers . Getting better , pleasing the end user and the distribution network is the key
2 never underestimate new players. What Nestle is horrible at today could change fairly rapidly.
Many, many now defunct companies laughed at Amazon. In public literally laughed at their business model.
Ain't laughed at now mate.
