A lot of coffee shops already started using a2 milk quite a while ago I guess mainly the high end ones in wealthier areas such as Barangaroo. My friend who worked at Cisco told me that free milk from the company fridges were also A2. You don't use a lot of milk in coffees and especially when your customers started asking at least some will do. I guess eventually most if not all coffee shops will at least having A2 as an option.
