question:
Does anyone know if the company strategy is to attempt to secure customers for a longer duration by offering products throughout the life cycle: infant formula,then to toddler formula, on to milk for kids at school .... so they become 'hooked' on the brand through life. if this is possible then the income of the business would be many multiples larger into the future...
just wondering if this has been discussed in a annual report or anywhere else? (my bad if it has and i failed to see it)
