If you read his posts, he is letting us know why he sold...and given we all agree it was the smart move...why are you berating him?
We have had nothing but nonsense since he sold with JH, the BOD and an sp tank as well as coming into a bear market.

I’m trusting a2 will recover but it would have been smarter to get out with our CEO and Juice ..or does anyone think $10 is smarter than $13.50?

After all JH sold at the top.

The speed bump with Chinese import regulations has cleared since Juice sold..but as yet no sp increase that reflects that.
The AGM financials were great...but as yet no sp that reflects that.
As Juice says there is lots of hopes, dreams and wants posted here daily and we pounce on each piece of news to see if the sp changes and we are a volatile up n down team at every turn.
I’m taking the BOD to task for having the power to manage the CEO share sale in the best interests of the Company.
It is shareholders prerogative to hold to account the BOD or Directors if they have not acted in the Company’s best interest.
And they did not. Not once but twice in that debarcle.
What part of our CEO who was ‘lucky’ enough to sell $4m of shares at the high
Causing the sp to plummet and not recover, give themselves 30% increase in salary as a reward when we have taken a 30% loss
And then be awarded the best CEO in town after 4 months in the job.........maybe the most highly paid in those 4 months ?
Is ok....?
Maybe the CEO share sale was a bigger advertisement against a2 milk than you all realise.

"Im taking the BOD to task" lol. Id be surprised if you even receive a response from a2. Their job is not to educate you on simple matters that you cannot get your head around, and your misunderstanding of the Corporations Act. By the way, just a heads up before you keep bashing on. 'Acting in the best interests of the company' has NOTHING to do with the share price.
