Chianti, your assertion that Jayne sold around $13.50 is not correct.Jayne's sales were;
178,616 18/9/18 - average price $11.07
178,616 20/9/18 - when price was $11.29
There has been lots of silly speculation about the sales, but it has been explained several times. $4M is a drop in the ocean for a $7B company.
And the entire market has been in a downward trend, from around that time. ASX 200 graph below...
