Not sure about the broker note, but the article on ********* was around ASX market open I think.
My bad, they did not actually change their rating (the article doesn't mention they were already a Buy).
So basically, they have re-rated it as a Buy, with a 10% lower price target (now $20.50 down from $22.70 in August following the FY results).
