I forwarded it to A2M. Probably is legal no doubt. I do find it flattering that someone would like to try and score an extra sale or two because a consumer didn't have a sharp enough eye to spot the difference.
however having been through the whole infant feeding thing with my child once you start a child on a new tin you aren't supposed to switch often. So having said that if someone with the intention of putting their child on a2m using the wrong product may end up using it indefinitely and not bother to switch again (and that's lost revenue)
having said that I believe a company must fiercely defend it's brand image (moat)
no free lunch in my book. IMO
