If u want to throw this stuff into an excel spreadsheet u can change the GROWTH RATE rate and/or MULTIPLE COLUMNS to reflect your opinions and forecast share price.
Suggest a takeover bid would need to be in the range 17.70 - 22.20 to get any traction with main shareholders. I.E they would want goodwill.
