I think a possible answer to this problem is to sell directly to the Aussie corporate daigou shops/ warehouses and offer them the wholesale price that they sell to woolies/coles etc especially if they achieve the required volume of sales.
This way we stimulate the personal we chat channels again and the daigou operators have enough margin to make it worthwhile.
