Given CBEC JD pricing is competitive to Australian based product, and there is an ongoing huge rollout of MBS stores, I am starting to think a2s longer term strategy is to stop relying on the daigou channel altogether.
In addition I don't think they are proactively helping daigou,
Daigou should be able to sit in a small office with a laptop, and order direct on a2, and a2 could ship direct to where diagou wants it shipped. But this does not happen (to the best of my knowledge).
I think in time the daigou channel will cease to operate in any meaningful manner, and perhaps daigou realise their days are numbered and are losing interest.
I suggest a2m is in a sales channel transition stage. I am still a buyer of this stock.
