To me the only way that Daigou makes sense is to meet unmet demand with additional supply. This channel is less efficient then direct supply to those markets or perhaps has low margins for the middle man (student). buying at full retail price in Australia and paying shipping on small quantities makes no sense if there is adequate supply available in China
