Correct about lactoferrin and also the China label product has achieved SAMR registration which is necessary to be sold domestically in China. That requires a lot of 'checks' on quality control throughout the production and distribution chain which I guess all add up to give consumers additional trust that the product is safe, high quality, authentic etc. It also comes with a tamper proof lid and undergoes COVID testing.
None of this applies to the English label, but this is a lot cheaper and can also be ordered into lower tier cities where China label is not available. So it really is two 'tiers' of product.
