This is one of the reasons I was after a Fonterra update from A2m, although I did not expect it really as Fonterra are still looking at their options.
I am 100% confident that Fonterra and A2m will remain in their current deal and will grow it further. They are looking at pulling back in other locations and concentrating on the NZ base and a2m fits perfectly with what is being talked about.
The scuttlebug is they will look at pulling out of Aus and this can be seen in the large amount of contracted milk volumes they have been willing to give up in the last 12 months.
