I agree, was just a bit surprised at the rate of price increases as there was an increase from $4.80 to $5 around July/August from memory.
They obviously did not find any issues with demand at the new price, and feel this additional 3% increase was also sustainable. Nice to be able to keep growing market share whilst increasing prices...
