The anti-CSG Greens are like a kind of eco-Taliban.
They don't want to be bothered by facts. It's all about emotion and they know that SCG just has to be bad. It must be because their high priests have told them.

Now they have painted themselves into a corner and to acknowledge the truth would cause such a loss of face that it is unthinkable.

There is plenty of evidence to prove that CSG is very environmentally benign - more than the agricultural developments that the Lock-the-Gaters hold as sacred but no amount of facts, evidence or truth makes any difference to these people.
