In the last quarterly they stated that they began the application process in Oct 2022 and that they were in continued discussions with the DOE Loans Program Office as they progressed toward Phase 3: Due diligence.
It could still be a while, or it could be a couple of weeks. Who knows. But I think the delay is linked to finalising offtake agreements and proving financial viability.
But seriously, who knows.
