I don’t think it’s linked to DoE dragging feet, from C.Yorks presentation, company hasnt yet secured offtake required to scale further. They are at, “C” sampling (listed in presentations as the end qualification, +10t samples) so least there at the pointy end of their described customer qualification.
Part of the DoE LPO strong application is a signed offtake for the duration of loan applied.
