When it comes to the parcel of land for the green field location how will the payment structure work? Obviously its not for free and the current riverside facility has a mortgage can they use the same structure if the business has limited income. Can the DOE loan be used for purchase as i am prettyy sure the grant cannot.
What i am trying to work out if the current raise is to be used for that or is it purely working capital, it only really is enough for 2 working quarters which we know is pretty disappointing for roughly 10% of the business.
Is this enough to get them through to the loan and a higher share price where they can achieve a better outcome.
It seems no one yet is willing to prepay for supply and NAM is still in the process of sorting out it mass production samples, which will need to be tested.
I am really hoping they are done for now purchasing equipment and BTS should be in a position were it is self funded at least and they can bring the cash burn down to 10 -15mil usd a quarter.

I know Novonix is going to achieve its goals but how much will we get diluted?
