The riverside facility purchase price was 42 mil, Nvx borrowed 30 mil but its duration is until 2030 so to be repaid in roughly 10 years. I have no idea what the land costs hopefully under 50 mil or 25mil would be nice
With this site being vacant land i wonder if they could get similar terms and costs and could get away with putting 15 million down. This next 6-12mths to funding is sorted is crucial time to keep dilution down as shorters prey on companies needing capital
