I think short covering will continue for a few days and $1.50 is a realistic price on the back of this short covering ...adding lower inflation numbers in the USA and the now possibility of hold on the next interest rates move by the Fed....this combination should drive markets .A good bit of news from NVX and price could spike past $1.50 ..( perhaps another major Joint Venture development ) NVX finally seems to be hitting a sweet spot ..if price moves to 3x book which is quite possible and more than probable ..then we are looking at a longer move above $2...(twice book and still moderately conservative we are looking at $1.40/ $1.50 range)...However I believe on this spike we are now moving to the range of 2x/3x book a $1.50/2.30 range.
This of course would be a very strong spike and it could be argued a move to a short term overinflated price .....or perhaps it could be a realistic adjustment in price to the continuing strong growth in NVX potential through the strong pick up in its joint venture expansion.
Yes as always on the Horns of a Dilemma ..just to keep us all earnestly involved!!!!
