I am also thinking that the average investor has lost sight of the fact that NVX is in a unique position. Unlike most up and coming businesses, it is unlikely to die on the vine due to outside issues affecting the share price as it is targeting a very large loan from the US government, who need the EV minerals and processing plants developed to move production away from China and redevelop manufacturing in the USA asap.
If investors are paying attention the share price will turn up dramatically once a loan is announced and the construction of the facility will lead to additional orders..
Until then games will be played, as the outcome looks positive, just a matter of when.
When? should be soon..
