I think action speaks louder than words or promotion, be easier if ph2 was started and you could see something under construction. The alternative of rushing and dilution isn’t real palatable either.
They have increased in hiring, half a dozen positions in US and few in Canada lot more engineering positions, See below from the US, Senior Engineering Manager.
“Supports the new construction project management team with CapEx estimations and process input”
Slow but I wouldn’t say nothing’s happening.
