100% agree with you @Burty85 we have been debating silicon vs graphite on this forum for years now and the truth of the matter as you say is the expansion of silicon significantly shortens the lifecycle..silicon may well work well for a laptop or a phone but for a car that needs long lifecycles silicon just wont cut it until they can muster up something else that can beat graphite...as you say and I agree too we may both be proven wrong...but even if someone finds the holy grail and makes silicon last as long as graphite the company that does it will have to go through to process just like NVX has over the last few years to set up factories/infrastructure secure funding etc which can take years...so until we see something revolutionary graphite will dominate the anode space for years to come!
