So you would rather the company cut on spending and lower company morale, lose great talent by not providing salary increments/stock incentive plans? This is the name of the game. Company events like this boosts morale in the company and overall increases performance. Furthermore, if Novonix provided no salary increments/stock incentives because of the depressed share price we'd lose great talent to competitors.
