When considering the coming demand in the globally, we should look at ESS more closely.
I’ve attached some articles just from today, from the US, including the top link which is this company’s first offtake Kore power.
A lot of analysts believe ESS demand for materials will surpass EVs by 2040. Matt Fernley mentioned he agrees, this to be the case, on the Latest Battery Materials Review podcast. Combined the demand is going to take off, just hasn’t really cranked up yet, doesn’t mean it won’t & Synthetic graphite is seen as the top anode for ESS as opposed to alternate technology due to longer life.
