Yep, anybody who discounts Liveris' value to Novonix is kidding themselves IMO. I would be quite surprised if there wasn't some NAM in future Lucid EV's made in KSA too.
By my analysis the TAQAT deal alone - which I largely credit to Liveris - will result in a SP increase of $4-$5 once fully ramped, and will come with favourable finance terms.
