Plenty to complain about with their communication. But complaining about hiring a few bouncy castles for the kids of the staff isn't near the top of my list, or on it at all.

I want an indicative timeline for loan approval and an explanation about the process they're going through to secure it. That is, are they waiting on a signed offtake (as I suspect)? I expect lots of SP games this month which I may take advantage of, even if I don't want to see it happen.

Gotta say though, IMO the half yearly told me the key business activities are on track. Delivering their stated production/sales goals is the only thing that's going to give the company any real value. From the half yearly - "EV grade of synthetic graphite produced from Generation 3 production furnaces met its fullspecification targets in the first quarter and production output expectations in the secondquarter." - they didn't make a song and dance of this.
