The only people who win with lifestyle companies like NVX are the BOD and C suite. Loosely termed "performance incentives " is basically a free hit for them time after time. No one in management at a listed company with such poor performance should be rewarded for anything. There's basically zero accountability and when it doesn't pan out, they'll just get their $300k plus options at another shitco and move on leaving investors high and dry.
