Any news that is not a supply contract will not see the SP breaking $1. Even DOE loan is granted, the stock will be pumped and dropped again, we will still find ourselves in this low level. I hope management now realises that, the market needs a supply agreement if not come quarterly, I don't see us sitting anymore above 50 cents.
