33years old is not the problem. Elon Musk started SpaceX at 30 and got into Tesla shortly afterwards. Not look at him.
Not that Chris is like Elon, but the ideas behind where Novonix could go are solid. Chris did start the company, so does have some good ideas! Just give them time and see what happens. If they don't pull off some decent Tier 1 contracts, then condemn him. Otherwise let's be patient and hope that he knows what he's doing, with a strong Board behind him.
