When Nvx grants DoE loan, they also need to pay interests even though this loan is low rates. Nvx needs to get $1B loan to build a factory, assume that DoE loan rates at 2%, Nvx needs to pay $20M interest costs per year. Please calculate Nvx annul productions and expect selling prices, expect costs and revenues......
